1. Acceptance of Terms

        Account Creation

            • Do not threaten, stalk, defame, impersonate, or otherwise harass any person
            • Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, scrape the platform without permission, or attempt unauthorized access
            • Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
            • Do not use output from the service to commit crimes, exploit others, or evade platform safeguards

            6. Content and Intellectual Property

            The service includes both our materials and content you submit. Ownership and permitted use depend on the source of the content and any limits stated in these Terms or elsewhere in the service.

              Our Content

              We or our licensors own the site, software, design, branding, characters created by us, and other service content, except where rights are expressly granted to you. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful use under these Terms.

                User-Generated Content

                You retain any rights you have in prompts, messages, profile text, and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and enforce the service.

                You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

                  7. Premium Features and Payments

                    Subscription Plans

                    If you buy a recurring plan, it may renew automatically for the same or a similar billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You are responsible for reviewing plan details, taxes, and any changes shown before purchase or renewal where required.

                      Refunds

                          9. Limitation of Liability

                          To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erotic AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

                          To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD $100.

                            10. Indemnification

                            You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Erotic AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

                            This obligation applies to the extent your actions create or contribute to the claim.

                              11. Termination

                              You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, remove content, or disable accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

                              Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including provisions on payments due, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute-related terms.

                                12. Changes to Terms

                                We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, our business practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on https://erotic-ai.chat and take additional steps if required by law.

                                If you continue using the service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
